The title says all the situation. Yesterday my Asus Q324u worked as always... But today at morning I unplugged it and it shut down. It was weird to me, so I plugged it again and it turned on itself, launch the Asus screen, turn black, then it display 'HECI disabled, proceeding with boot!'. Then the notebook starts as usual, but it doesn't charge the battery, it just stays in 58%, but once I unplug it, it suddenly turn off, plug it again and it turn on by itself, without pressing the turn on button

Is this laptop still under warranty? Since it turns off when unplugged (which sounds like a hardware issue) I would contact Asus customer service to get it fixed.
