Which Asus do you own? I'll try to list as many as I can... (thread created in hope of being a little less confusing than previous thread)

 

... you don't want to see my list. I thought I creating a sig like some people do with their past/present/future computers...... I didn't want every one of my posts to take up an entire page though

well, my poll is heavily tilted toward the last 2-3 years and the few upcoming models you mentioned

 

Yay I can be the token Z33 owner again

 

You just KNOW number one will be S/Z96, two will be W3, and three will probably be A8 ;p

 

You also have to consider that the people left on the forum are brand new owners or soon to be owners...... it's not a good poll to ever really take because of the typical turnaround of the forum.

I would think the A8 series would go up in the next couple days since the a8js just came out.

I added my a8js vote because ive already paid for it.

I think the a8js will win this poll in the long term because the current leaders are getting old and more new purchasers will get the a8js

of course eventually all these machines will lose to some new model not on the poll, like the g1p if its priced right.

W3A/Z63a for me... been working great since day 1! It's no W3J... but it got all the power I need.

 

Where's all the G1 ppl? I remember there's A LOT of ppl getting a G1 and every vendor has it sold out.

 

This new G1 owner just voted.

 

I think Aurora and I are the sole Z63/W3a owners remaining around here, but we're still a formidable duo !

I love this little machine - it does everything I need with 4+ hrs undervolted battery life and likewise has been fantastic since it's birthday nearly a year ago.

 

A8js gets my vote .

i just don't like the battery problem
and the touchpad & its button isn't that good of a feel

i'm still here, but remain mostly silent as there isn't much i can properly contribute to CD/C2D users. BigV is still around too.

the 4+ hours of battery life has probably spoiled me and i am now dissatisfied with anything less.

 

me too I'm hoping new battery technology will come out soon.

Why make same type for G1 and G1s, G2 and G2s, this different rite?
But Asus G series not very popular than Z W and A series, what specially about this 3 series (Z W and A series), i think if C90s release... this notebook very fast goto no 1.^_^

What is considered here is the build and the chassis of the laptops.The one's grouped together have very similar or identical chassis here.

I got here and tried to vote, and it would not let me, saying I had already voted (because it was set up with my vote from the previous poll).

So why is there one less V6 here than in the first poll (14 instead of 15), and one less VX (0 instead of 1)?

Why was the Satisfaction thread closed in favor of this one, I don't think people really express their content with their notebooks here so much as say that they have them. I don't get it.
