    I wanted to make a couple gui mods for the desktops of ROG lappies. I'll release more in good time. Currently working on gadgets right now.

    Instructions:
    -Unzip
    -Run program as admin
    -Click on the start orb next to "Select & Change Start Orb"
    -Select a set of orbs in the folder "10 sample Orbs"
    -Enjoy

    I tried run as admin and did what you said, but my orb is the same windows one. The program shows the one I chose but it never changed the orb on my taskbar.

    hmmm, are you running an RTM build of Windows 7? What you may have to do is take ownership of your explorer.exe. Not sure though. I'm not the original creator. He released a 2.0 of the program which might solve your problem Download 2.0

    Works perfect on W7 Ultimate 64-bit! RoG orb for 2 weeks now, much better than the original W7 one IMO
