I bought a GS2 laptop in january and was offered a $150 rebate from Asus.

I sent all the required info, and also made filled the online rebate form. I should have gotten my money by mid April.

    I never got it.

I contacted them several emails. Got an answer back asking if i had proof and copies of everything i had sent them. I answer back saying that i did have copies and i even scanned them and sent them to him. Never heard back from him again.

And the funny thing is that on the rebate site, the help button is disabled.

Is there any other way i can contact them or an entity where i can do a formal complain ?

    thanks in advance.

Emails mostly don't work in these cases. You have to call them may be start with CS and then ask to be transferred.

Both my rebates for Fuji and Epson came in 2 months later.
