Hi, I'm looking for Asus resellers that would sell and send to Argentina or Chile, I wanted to know the procedures, like payment conditions, shipment costs, warranty.
I'm Argentine, but I'm currently working in Paraguay and have an HP Pavillion ZV5000, I wanted to upgrade to an Asus and the models that I want don't reach this forgotten lands... so all your coments are welcome, thanks for reading.

    Dante,

I'll tell you that we ship all over the world, but require a check, money order or a bank wire transfer for payment. Other than that, it's just the cost of shipping on our end. What you should be concerned about are duties and taxes on your side. You can find out what they will be (make sure to preface you're importing a notebook computer), but your local government should be able to tell you what the costs there would be (if any). You can email me if you have any other related questions.

I recommend MilestonePC.com, PROPortable and BTO Tech. These are resellers that often visit the forums, provide advice and are generally helpful. They all ship internationally (I think).

Dante - if you can find a customs office, that's the best place to start, but ask questions... especially about importing a notebook computer sold retail... and then if you can double check with another office related to import/export... you'll hopefully get the answers you need.
