    Hello everyone,
I understand that the Ensemble notebook warranties are through Asus only. - But lets say I get a new Ensemble that is a lemon or has a major problem within the first 15-30 days. - Are their any resellers that would allow me to do an exchange through them or would I be stuck going through Asus for that also?

^ I think they'd let you do an exchange - the question is whether a restocking fee would apply.

We allow an exchange for another model. You have to read the individual policy though. If you are talking about exchange for the same model because of a defect thats just rma through asus. All resellers have different policies

Thanks for your replies. I think I've decided on a V6j, now I'm just trying to decide where to buy it from.
