    Hi guys,

I recently downgraded to Windows 7 on my S200E, but after installing a piece of software, I received a blue screen on every start up. After messing around in the BIOS for a short period, I managed to make the situation worse and now the laptop will power up, stay on, but nothing is on screen (constant black screen).
I think what I need to do is reset the CMOS, I'm as we speak putting the hard drive into my desktop to clear everything on there and start again, to remove the blue screen problem.
So I guess my question is how can I reset the CMOS, given the battery appears to be firmly attached to the motherboard, and I cannot access the screen.

    Help much appreciated, thanks guys!

Can you take a picture of it (the CMOS battery)? That is, if you have opened the system already.
