    Hello,

I have the following problem on my Asus S400CA, but I guess it could be more general since
the USB 3.0 controller is from Intel that equip most Asus laptops.

Upon resume, the USB 3.0 port becomes USB 2.0, so my disk transfer is pretty slow.
I have an USB 3.0 hard disk in the Zalman ZM-VE300 enclosure. It has disk activity LED light
that is blue if USB 3.0, and white if USB 2.0. So it is pretty easy for me to recognize at what speed
(HiSpeed USB 2.0, or SuperSpeed USB 3.0) the hard disk is operating.
Note : there is no problem on resume after hibernation.

An article gives solution for other laptop:
    Enable USB S3 Wake-up
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1094534

Unfortunately there is no such parameter in Asus BIOS.

Does anybody encounter the same problem, and is there a solution?

    Thank you.
