I was looking on Amazon for an HDD caddy to replace the optical drive. I came across numerous ones on there and wasn't sure which size was correct. I was going to swap the 750 GB drive with my old OCZ Vertex 4. Will there be any problems doing this?

Thanks for any help you could offer

Not specifically, no. Just make sure you get the right size caddy for the SSD. The caddy's dimensions should conform to the optical drive bay's standardized dimensions, but the size of storage drives can vary slightly, and that is what you need to take into account when purchasing.
