    Greetings from Australia....

We have recently recieved this wonderful Notebook in Australia.
Battery Life for my 2.0Ghz Core Duo Engineering Sample has been quite poor.

I was looking at some Extended Battery Options, or considering that perhaps I recieved a "Cheaper" Battery. The Current Specifications of my Battery is 4400mAH and 11.1V (According to the A32-96J Battery Sticker on my Notebook).

Does anyone have an extended 9 Cell Battery?
Do we have an order link, or information link.

I'm a Reseller in AU so I can order from must Distributors down here...

Kind of odd that they went with a 4400mAH down there. Mine (in US) is definately a 4800mAH (A32-Z96).

The battery time on this notebook is quite good with the 4800mAH battery. With screen at 20% and battery saving mode it gets 4+ hours. I wouldn't think that only having a 4400mAH battery would make that big of a difference. How poor is battery time?

I know the extended battery is available in US. If you are a reseller though I would imagine the cheapest alternative is buying through your Asus distributer.

Possible that the sample does not represent final product?

Still can't find where to Order an Extended Battery for this Notebook anywhere?

All I can see is Standard 6 Cell Batterys Available for Order.

Does anyhow know of the 9 Cell Being Available?
