For some reason, when I log on to my account using a fingerprint or password, it says I am logged in to my security manager but the icon still has an x on it (meaning it's not really logged in).

I have really come to fall in love with the fact that it normally auto fills in my login's for all the websites I visit and now it no longer does that. A screenie will follow to show what I mean.

As well, the program itself is extremely slow, and I mean this by when I right click the icon in the taskbar; it will take at least a good 15 seconds before a menu shows. And this continues with anything I press.

This has happened to me in the past and I had no idea how it was fixed but one time i restarted the computer and it was back to normal. I hope someone has the answer.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately I do not have experience with ASUS DSPM. From experience with other ASUS software, here is my advice: treat it as bloatware and remove it. Use firefox and set it to remember your login/passwords for the websites you visit. Nearly the same functionality without the hassle.
