The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Asus Smart Gesture and three finger Back/Forward Scrolling with firefox?

    I'm using V 1.1.3 Asus smart gesture on UX31A-DH51... but find that three finger back/forward touchpad scrolling doesn't work with Firefox.

    It seems to be working everywhere else, though (in windows, IE, etc).

    I've tried to search the web for solutions but no luck.

    Has anyone found a way to get this working or found an alternative driver that works with firefox as well as all the other functionality?

    This is probably more specifically a coding issue Mozilla will need to address to allow functionality between the trackpad software and the browser. Have you tried asking around in the Mozilla community?
