I read in the forum before that it is possible to boast the speed of the Asus Laptop using some hotkey.

How do i do this? I am not refering to the high perfromance setting on Power4Gear. i think this utility is similar to the power schemes for windows.

I am refering to hotkeys to overclock the laptop. i think this is the turbo boast or super perfromance setting?

    I have a Asus G51J. please advise.

Your probably thinking of the Turbo and Extreme settings on the Power4Gear software. Someone else might be better at explaining that but I do think that's what your referring to.

Make sure the setting is under high performance. Up on the top you can select it and is on the far top left. On the bottom left you should find the turbo options.

Mine does not show the Turbo options either. I have the UL30A and it is advertised to have the Turbo33 feature.

Most G51 users boast their speed as soon as they get their laptops. Not everyone boosts their speed.

AFAIK, only the UL series have the Turbo33 feature. It should look like this:
    Note the bottom left corner.

My UL30A does also not have the Turbo33 feature.

Are there others with UL30A and Turbo33?
