What is happening with the U series in the United States. Seems like they are not really selling it, mainly being the u80v. I have had my eye on the U series for quit some time and its concerning me that I do not really see them for sale much. Especially ones you can customize. Anyone got advice or know whats going on. I am holding out from having to buy a Sony Vaio SR to get my hands on the Asus the best I can.

    Thanks

Saw a couple of those at Amazon before in which they will have 3 or 4 in stock and now the page for the U80V is gone.

The UL30A is currently available at amazon and newegg. I've contacted Ken at GenTechPC to check with the availability for the "reseller" version and it seems it won't be out in the near future.

Ugh, thank you both. I really wanted one of those since they are sleek, portable, got some power.
