    Hello,
    Besides the obvious screen size and chassis difference, are there any other hardware differences between the two ? I think the U53 has WiDi and a 2.0MP webcam; but for the life of me that is the only delta I could find.

    The U53 has a larger hard drive (640 GB vs 500 GB), has a cd/dvd drive (no optical drive on the U36), and the U36 model has the Windows 7 professional OS instead of Home Premium on the U53. Otherwise, they will be similar with the same processor, ram, and gpu.
