Hi guys, im new here. I have been reading about the asus products for a long time over the weekend yet i cant decide which one to choose between the U36sd and the U41sv. I prefer a 14" notebook however i would like a faster processor. Here are the links to:

Asus U36SD - ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Notebooks- ASUS U36SD

    Asus U41SV -
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Notebooks- ASUS U41SV

As u can see, the 36sd has more processing power. I could go for the i7 or i5 2430M. i would prefer a 14" inch with this power and portability however. Can anyone help me out? share a thought, comment or recommend me something similar? I would really appreciate your time and help. Thank you .

It would be helpful if we know what you will be using the laptop for?

if you plan to play some games, i will go for the U41SV with the GT540 + i5

but if you want portability and you dont mind not having a DVD drive, then the U36

The u36sd is pretty good imo if you can get the i7 version

the GT525 should do more then enough for you in that case if you're not a heavy gamer, hell, it still plays Crysis2

so if you can get the i7, i'd go for u36sd
