    Hi Milestones, is see that you guys are setting up a shop in Markham ON, im from that area too. I am currently looking for a new laptop to purchase, a small and portable one. After checking out the Asus website the laptop model "U5F-" caught my eye...

    will you have this one in stock? or can you get a hold of this machine?

    First, the U5f is an old model... technically being replaced already. The only problem is that it's not a north american model, which means none of us will have it. Asus decided almost 10 months ago that it wouldn't come here for three reasons, the first one being the most important:

    1. With the 11"w S6 / 12"w W5 / 13.3"w W7 all coming out this year, a 12" regular ratio would make the lineup too crowded.

    2. no more regular ratio models are coming to the states

    3. they had issues with the touchpad which they said never got resolved - basically really touchy and didn't work how the others do.
