    I'm in such a dilemma and torn. I want portability. Both laptops meet that. However, I'm torned, not knowing exactly what type of processing power I'll need. Build is important to me too. I like chiclet keyboards and with the Acer laptop, I know I'll be foregoing that. Reason I like it is for $/value.

    My usage would be surfing, watching movies, photo editting, multi-tasking (with work logins).

    Get the 3820. The UL20 only has a crappy intel gpu. It's not even a competition.
