Soon after I purchased this Asus UX305U I was having trouble with mouse versus touchpad competition and I was unable to switch the touchpad off. Asus advised me to uninstall a particular file, download and install a replacement. All was well and fn+F9 switched the touchpad off and on. Last week Microsoft did a lengthy something to Windows 10 and the touchpad switch no longer works. My previous advice from Asus is on file back at home. I logged a problem to Asus a week ago. They acknowledged receipt but have taken no further action. Can anyone advise me please?

The Fn + F9 keys are controlled by the ATKpackage software so you should go to asus website and download the latest version and then try it again.

Thanks. It is all ok again. This time I will keep a note on this machine and hope I can find it again when Microsoft sneaks in and changes things.
