Guys,
I really don't know where to start with but let me keep it simple. I have been using this machine UX32A since 2013 with no problems and all of a sudden I have started to see some weird problems during booting and shutdown.
Problem 1: The actual boot time was only less than 10 secs and now it takes close to 7 minutes. It stucks on the Asus logo for a while and boots up after 7 mins. Sometimes it will restart again from the logo screen itself and takes the booting time to 10 mins.
Problem 2: When I shutdown or Hibernate, normally it takes only a minute or two but now it takes more than 5 mins
Problem 3: After booting up the device just function as normal and no complaints whatsoever. But when it goes to sleep mode and get locked and when I try to wake up the screen it just stuck on the login screen like it freezes and after a 4 mins it will restart again and goes to Problem 1
I searched in few forums and many were pointing about iSSD corrupt, ExpressCache and Inter Rapid Storage problems. Its too technical to understand what they are saying and Im not sure what is really happening with my device. Is this hardware or software problem? Should I take it to the service center or can I solve this myself? Please help and if you need more information I can provide as well.

Try doing a "system restore" back to a time when things were working normally.

Yes I did a "system restore" and no luck. Also I did an factory reset as well of the Windows 8, but the same problem. Is this understood that it can only be a hardware issue and not software?

If you have done clean install of Windows and are still running into the slow boot times then it most likely is a hardware issue. Do you know what your hard drives are or the full model number so we can check it out, something like UX32A-DB31 or which ever version it is.
