    Hi everyone,

So I'm currently looking into the fan issues that many UX32A users are having with the fan speed control.

But my other issue is that only the right side fan seems to be the one spinning up. I understand there are two places equally one both sides. Only the one on the right side (looking at it as I type now) seems to be spinning highly, while the other remains quiet. Could there be a loose connection, or a dead fan possibly?

    Thanks.

Both fan work independently for CPU and GPU. if GPU is hotter at the moment then it's fan will spin at higher speed.

Yep, so check your temperatures for both chips, if they are normal all is as it should be.

Thanks for your help. Yeah, temps are well within normal limits. I'm using HW Monitor, which seems to be a fairly good summation of the temps. My model uses Intel HD 4000, which is on die. So am I right in thinking that I'd be looking at CPU temp anyway?
