For a side project of mine, I need to switch the wireless card to either an Atheros based card. My question is, what exactly does the Intel 6235 antenna connector use?

From the iFixIt breakdown of the UX32VD, http://guide-images.ifixit.net/igi/diQ4deAFrSqvHFkU , you can see the antenna connectors are not the standard UFL. The only other information I could get on the connector is this wiki site, Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 - WikiDevi

I would appreciate your help on this.

Not sure on what specification Intel uses for the connector, but you could always replace the antennae cables when you replace the WiFi card if needed; you would just reroute them through the laptop.
