Hi everybody, Id like to know how long will yours batteries last with a normal office use.
Another thing, using HW monitor in the battery section you can find 3 titles: Designed Capacity, Full charged capacity and current capacity, what does Design capacity mean and what is your?

    Thank you.

"design capacity" is what the official full charge is when it comes out from the factory. for the UX32VD i believe its 48Wh? im actually not sure

as time passes and repeated use, the battery will slowly lose its ability to hold as much charge as it did when it came out from the factory. in other words, over time the "full charge capacity" will be start to decrease and be less than the "design capacity"

"current capacity" is how much charge the battery currently holds. if it's 50% charged at the moment then it will be half of the "full charge capacity"

i dont use HWmonitor but if u wanna know my current reading, my full charge capacity is 45.738Wh, and my current charge capacity is 93% full at 42.567Wh......so i have about 5% wear?

bleh screw it, i just installed hwmonitor and here are my readings:

    designed capacity: 45640mWh
    full charge: 45738mWh
    current charge: 43736mWh (95%)

guess its not 48Wh as asus advertised, but at least i have zero wear so far after about a month of use lol

I think the reason could be the too high temperature during play sessions...
