    Hi,

How i could prevent CPU throttle ?

I use an audio app that requires real-time audio. I use LatencyMonitor and it tells me that somethime i have cpu throttles that create dropouts. How to fix it ?

Since throttling typically occurs as a result of high temperatures, use a program to monitor your CPU's temps. You can prevent overheating by making sure the vents are not obstructed, and that they and the fan(s) are clean.

If the throttling has nothing to do with your temps, adjust your Windows power settings for optimal performance instead of for battery preservation. If need be, you can resort to using Throttlestop.
