I recently bought an Asus UX360CA (i5-7y54, 512gb) and have noticed that I can't wake up the laptop from sleep using the keyboard.

I've checked the BIOS and the option to wake using keyboard is not available. Is this usual for some laptops? All my previous laptops have had this capability.

    Thanks.

Are you able to wake the system up by hitting the power button? Also are trying this after a few hours or does this not work immediately after putting the system to sleep? If it's only happening after being asleep for awhile the system could be entering hybrid and most systems have issues starting up when this occurs.
