I recently got myself the UX501VW but stumbled upon the problem that two keys lose their keycaps when being pressed in the upper corners. Upon closer inspection I noticed this was because the hinge underneath has one broken pin that attached to the keycap.

I mailed support to ask for 2 new hinges, being sent by mail as I don't have the option to send in my computer for repairs due to using it constantly. To my surprise they told me they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't send it anyway. They'd replace the whole keyboard anyway, which is ridiculous as it only takes two minutes to replace the two hinges. I guess they just didn't care about customers.

Anyone experiencing the same issue and how did you fix it? I'm not going to send in my laptop to have it disassembled completely, risking the possibility to have something different broken.
