Does anyone know if there is a blu-ray modular bay drive available that is compatable with the Asus V1s?

    Thanks

Asus would have to make it so the casing and interface would fit in the V1 chassis, and the only BD/HDDVD drives around are internal as far as I know. I wouldn't count on this showing up for a long time, if ever.

The only way that would happen is if you cannibalized an optical drive module and found a tray-type BD-ROM drive which had the exact same layout as the TSST lightscribe drive so that the bezel would fit.

    Better off using an external.
