I'm trying to record a video tutorial demonstration of a webpage that I've made that has sound. I'm using Camtasia Studio 5. Now everything works fine except I am unable to record the sound coming through the speakers. I've done a bit of research and apparently it's something to do with the way Vista (I'm using the 32bit version) handles sound differently to XP. Apparently the 'record what you hear' mixer is no longer available in vista's sound control panel. Other laptop users have reported that they can enable the option by entering a registry key using regedit or by updating the sound drivers. Are there any newer sound drivers than the ones on ASUS's site as I already have these and obviously I still have no 'Wave out' mix or 'stereo mix' in my recording devices pane.

    Best regards
