A good night to you all, mates. I have a simple question to ask.
I've recently sent my Asus VX7 to the RMA service, since it wouldn't start up. It was the 3rd time i had sent it to RMA. Today, I've checked into the RMA Query - the Online Technical Service, and i'm seeing a message i've never seen: "Product repair is in progress.-[WF7] Wait for Customer Confirmation-Credit Back".
I know about the "[WF3] Wait for Customer Confirmation-Wait for Spare Parts" and the CID/OOW ones, but have never seen the Credit Back one. Can someone tell me what it means ?
Thanks in advance \o

Sounds like they are either planning on refunding your purchase, or they are going to exchange it for a new system and that message is a standard system message even in scenarios of exchange. Either way, I would get in touch with an Asus rep and reaffirm that you did not send the laptop in for a refund, but for repair.
Since it's the third time you sent it in, maybe they're just throwing their hands up in the air over it. -
Thank you for your answer, i'd never seen that RMA message. If they want to refund my machine, great, it has given me enough trouble as it is.

Thanks for your concern mate.
And truthfully, i did enjoy my VX7 Lamborghini. It's a excelent gaming machine, and i did love the design and specs. But i had a simple case of bad luck with it xD Too many RMA's in sucession, and I do need my laptop for work purposes, and not only for gaming.
