    Hi everybody!

There is some problem I cannot find solution for. In the above specified laptop I have very tricky partitioning. The screen from Windows Disk management is below
    21ed4557e99b9ab6f02584b6a97a4fdd.png

I'm interested in merging anallocated space into one partition but recovery disk with capacity 350 Mb is confusing me. Can I delete it? Is this will be safe?
I don't know is it related to Asus or to MS? Is it is Asus recovery tool (Express Gate or smth like that) then I'm calm and sure about deleting it.
But what if this is a Windows-related partition? Can my Win8 license be broken or loosen by such steps?
How to determine it - what is this partition for?
    Please, help!

I can say that I partially solved the problem: I have deleted this 350 mb partition via the PartedMagic (Acronis Disk Director failed to do this), backed it up, joined unallocated space to another partition and then recreate the recovery partition at the end of the disk and restored it contents. But I still doesnt know if the recovery be able to start and if this moving was allowed...
