Not seeing much traffic here about this model. Any other V500CA users out there?

Can we get a Owners Lounge started here?

I am experiencing what I think are video driver issues. Seeing artifacts while scrolling in MS Word and other apps. Strange slowdowns on Facebook using IE10. Etc.

    Hey Gary,

Do you get the abnormality when running on stock Windows driver as well?

I have not tried that. I assume under win 8, the process is the same as win 7. Uninstall the video display in device manager and tell it to delete the driver. Then reboot. Right?

Yeah, that will work fine. Upon reboot, Windows will recognize "new hardware" and load the driver. You can also remove the driver via Control Panel (the Add/Remove/Change Programs list).

I noticed today if I have a Bluetooth speaker (either a Jambox or Logitech Headset) attached to the V500CS the System (NT Kernel & System) CPU usage stays at around 25%. Normally its at about 4%. That seems excessive. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this and if there is a Qualcomm Atheros driver update. I tried it with both the Jambox and the Logitech and the results are the same.
