    Hey,
    I am gonna throw it out there? Should I go with the powerhouse or the battery saver with the sleek design? Yes, they are very different machines but I am looking for suggestions?

    Here is the Sager(powerhouse):

    Here is the Asus (beauty) :

    If you can give us a bit more info with regards to what you plan on using it for then I might be able to make some more educated suggestions.
    But just off the cuff, I'm gonna say the W1N. I just got an M6Ne, and the high res screen makes life so much nicer, esp for DVDs, but even general web, word processing is a pleasure with this screen. From all reports the screen on the W1N is as good or better than the M6Ne. Thus thats my main reason.
    Otherwise I believe that notebooks should be portable. So the lighter and longer the battery life the better.
    But you may have other priorities.
    good luck with ya choices

    I thought about it and I want to replace my desktop with the next machine I purchase. I want to do a little 3D graphics and a ton of Photoshop. The 17 inch screen is gonna rock. The Sager has soooo many more options and is a powerhouse. The only thing going for the Asus is the battery life and looks. When it comes down to it, the Asus is a good machine while the Sager is a great machine. I don't dislike the Sager's looks but there is something about aluminum alloy versus plastic.
