Does anyone know if it exists? And if so, where to buy one (UK)?

P.S. If the W3V needs an adapter that is used universally then that would also do, for example those power cables you get that can be used for the old Playstation, radios, etc.

    You have two options:

    (1) Buy a 12V universal computer PSU such as the iGo Juice (also sold with various other brand names), for example http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=81838 . I know from personal experience that one of the tips fits the W3. This unit will also serve as a second PSU for your notebook.

    (2) Buy an inverter which will produce mains voltage from 12V and then use your normal PSU. An example is http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_3&products_id=99827 . An advantage of this approach is that you can also power other equipment (in which case you may want to look for an inverter with a higher rating such as http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_3&products_id=86479 .)

My old 120W Targus universal AC/DC/air works with my z63a. I assume the w3v takes the same 19V plug.
Would be nice to see a FAQ listing the universal adapters that work. The various wattage requirements can be hard to interpret...
