    Can anyone tell me what's the main difference between these two laptops and which one is better. Thanks in advance.

    Main part of the price difference is likely the processor - remember.....google is your friend, search and you will find the answers if you look. And, these are two separate releases of the W5 that you're talking about (i.e. the model #s), with the optical drive likely making up the rest of the price difference.

    There is no diff physically. I cant see any xept the 125 comes with ms works now.
