I don't know if anyone else noticed... but Asus has recently put up wallpaper and screensavers on their website. It's not spectacular by any means, but it does give your notebook more of a branded feeling (especially if you have a barebone and not an Ensemble).

Just scroll down to the bottom and you'll see "Screensavers" and "Wallpapers"
Personally, I use the W3 wallpaper and screensaver on my Z63A...![]()

more importantly, they are widescreen wallpapers

Asus let the users customize the background and screensaver so that getting invlove to more Asus feel. For the wallpaper download, the both Stylish and Classic are from 1024x768 to 1680x1050. It can fit to all the screen for all the different model.
-
Its true, but the wallpapers made specifically for widescreen (like the one i have, 1280x800) looks much better than its 1024x768 variation.

Which will work OK on Z71* ??
A, V6, W2, or S5-M5-M6-W1. Where was the W3 listed? TY d8d -

You can choose M6 because z71 and m6 have the same size of screen, but z71a support 1280x800 and z71v support 1680x1024. W3 support 1280x800, just choose the right resolution would be fine. -
