What media type are you using to install Windows, is it via USB external optical drive or a USB flash drive. Make sure your boot order in BIOS is set to use that as the primary boot device.

If you can't get your Windows 8 media to boot you can use an alternate application to format the drive, such as gParted or Parted Magic. You will still need to troubleshoot your Windows 8 media to get it to boot - assuming you have it and are currently trying to get the system to boot from it already. As Hutsady asked: are you using a Windows 8 disc or USB drive?

thanks for the reply Hutsady@XoticPC. I am using the windows 8 Disc. I see a boot option on BIOS setting but I can not select it. It is on color black instead in color blue. I don't see any boot order on BIOS setting.

Thanks for the reply Prostar Computer. Yes I already use gparted and I use Windows 8 disc. But I can not boot on the windows 8 as i mention above. Another thing when I turn on the netbook it right away open the BIOS.

POST just means when its initially turning on, short for Power On Self Test. So when the computer is completely off and you turn it on the first thing it does is that. During that time press ESC to see if it gives you a boot menu where you can pick USB.

Go to BOOT, and select the CD/DVD as your primary boot device with disc inserted.
If you see UEFI-prefixed CD/DVD then use it instead.
Press F10 to save and exit, and see if you can boot from the disc or not.
