    hi to all.
i need some help from you guys.
i resently buy this computer, and they give me hard times with the second unit, this comes with a 24gb SSD and 1tb HD, it comes with DOS only.....
i put windows 10 in the first unit and via administrative tool in windows 10 , i formatted the 1tb HD in NTFS and assigning the d: unit, it was OK, i see this unit for severals minutes, or take 1 reset, but then dissapears, i reassign it again , but again , dissapears.... WTF., i check this hard disk with some tools ( crystal disk - hd tune ) and it was perfect, not surface problems or SMART errors. i dont want to open it yet ,avoiding the guarantee , ill try to test everything i could.
i try to install windwos 10 in the 1tb hard disk, but gave me an error in the 90% installation.
    WTF again.

I talk with a technician and they think its a kind of protection , and i need to use the DISKPART command, to reassign, and reformatting in NTFS, maybe they comes en GPT, what do you think??.

Sorry for my bad english , i hop you understand all i put here.
    thanks.

Did you install Windows 10 on the 24GB SSD?

You should go ahead and use the DISKPART and then see what happens.

roy alguacil ~ Hi, allow us to apologize for the troubles. We would recommend that you reset the Bios to defaults, then installing Windows to the 1TB hard drive. The 24GB SSD is for cache only and should be unformatted throughout the installation. This may be the reason why you are having installation issues. If you can, please remove the 24GB SSD and attempt the installation once more.
