    Why Asus ?
Use more reliable brand. Personally, Asus for me is rubbish > from my experience.

Maybe you want to fill in the FAQ, post it in the What Notebook Should I Buy forum, and get suggestions from various manufacturers.

Also be aware that remarks like "Brand X is rubbish" are always exaggerations and never correct.

yeah, I've search this site and found nothing... It's like it doesn't exist.
Can't find any through google either. Can only find places to buy it and spec info... Is it a really new model?

Either that, or an obscure one / aimed for a very specific market (e.g., a certain country). ASUS have some models of the latter type, especially in the low-cost range.

Yeah it's weird... I've checked the Asus site and I can't see it on there at all...
I first saw it in a Myer department store and then sound it in stock in other store websites in my area.

    spoke to my local store.
    They said the it's actually a M51VA
The X was added in place as either due to additional hardware being added the the M51VA or there was a mistake on the site.

I almost got in an heated exchange with an Asus representative over it...
