Two days ago I bought this model for my sister. (i3-2350, 4gb, NVIDIA 610, win7)

This laptop has lots of great qualities and one HUGE shortcoming that's awful.

    The good:

    Quite fast
    Quiet
    Cool
    Great sound
    Good keypad
    Good trackpad
    Good built quality
    Little bloat
In short, everything I was looking for.

    So, what's the problem???
    THE SCREEN! It's horrible!!!
50 shades of blue, purple and purpley blue!!! It's bad enough when surfing but videos??? It's almost unwatchable!!! All I see is purple, blue, gray!! The colors are washed out and dull. Contrast is . I'm at my wits end! I didn't expect FHD quality but I expected a reasonable quality. I have two Asus budget laptops and they have good HD screens (one even very good). This one is the worst screen I've ever seen on a laptop!!! I'm so disappointed.

Can anyone tell me how to calibrate this to alleviate the blue-purple thing?

Any help will be welcomed.

    Nothing? Nobody?

Is there a chance that if I use my warranty they will replace the screen themselves?
