Here in the UK, PC World, Currys and Dixons are selling an Asus X64 laptop for £999.99. However, there are no reviews of this computer online and Asus haven't even advertised this laptop (or it's detailed specifications) on their website.

Does anyone else have this laptop? Does it come with full HD?

Lid and keyboard design look identical to the N61JQ.

I would tend to doubt it's full HD. Being between the N61 and N82 in screen size makes me think it will have the same resolution. (1366x768)

Yup looks like a smaller version of the N61JQ which is beautiful btw....love that rich brown top.

My guess would be 1366 x 768 as well.

The specs of the laptop look pretty good to me but I don't know whether it's HD or not.

I tend to use my current laptop for listening to music, watching films, general surfing of the Internet and occasionally typing up stuff.

My main concern about the laptop is the quality of the picture for watching films.

If the screen resolution is 1366 x 768, is that still pretty good?

Well, in my opinion, 1366x768 is perfectly fine for a screen between 14" and 16". But, there are those that want to cram all the pixels they can into the screen. Personally, I don't see the need for 1080p unless you're buying a large screen TV.

Ya I have a 61" DLP that is 720P and its gorgeous...dont miss the full 1080P at all on it and I watch a ton of blu-ray's so on a 15" screen I think you would be ok but only you can really make that decision. Maybe to a big box store and see the differences between the screens and see if a lower resolution bothers you?
