    Hi!
I updated my bios of Asus X73SJ (k73sj mainboard) and something went wrong, my laptop don`t start (no image on screen , just all leds ON). I went at service to rewrite bios but I encountered a problem: the programmer need bin or rom file to write and file format for asus bios file is other than bin or rom (extension of file is bios version ex. .202). The question is : how can i convert asus bios file to .bin? or how can i write correctly asus bios file to flash

    Thanks in advance

You will need to contact Asus and have them reflash the bios for you, the update they provide doesn't contain the whole bios file. That or either a K73sj owner can provide you with a full dump of his bios which i'm not even sure is possible.

Have you changed the extension of the file to .rom or .bin?

Contacting Asus don`t solve my problem... they want to change mainboard but after i try to rewrite my flash, waranty is void. Renaming extension also don`t solve anything(i tried).
    Any idea?
