Guys if anyone could offer some guidance here I would greatly appreciate it. My DVD burner in my asus laptop worked great for years burnt everything I threw at it. Until one day I decided to use the litescribe for the first time. The litescribe worked great but after that I now have issues burning DVD's.

Either I get errors and it only burns a small ring of info or it won't recognize media at all. When I place a DVD in the drive it just sits and clicks and such.

It plays everything fine but again, no burning what so ever. I checked asus's website for driver updates and nothing. I uninstalled the drive and rebooted and it reinstalled and still nothing.

The drive is labeled as follows in device manager: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50L

I've searched and searched and found nothing that helped. I'm considering just buying a USB portable burner if this is shot or such.

    Thanks for your help gang.
