My Dell700m is in pieces but I'm trying to salvage all the parts that still work. I just purchased the Aus Z63A Barebones. I was wondering if the Intel 915gm chipset will take the 512megs of DDR333 that I have in my old one. Thanks for the help. :)

The Z63A uses DDR2 RAM. I do not expect your old DDR RAM will work even if the modules fit in the slots.
