Has anyone loaded up knoppix or slax on their Asus Z70va. I am just wondering about the video of the x700 in linux (specifically knoppix or slax)?

    Thanks

I currently have Kanotix (Knoppix based) on my Z70V (not Va), and was able to install the ATI driver and control center just fine. It says 3D support is enabled, but I don't game, so haven't tested it. I also haven't tested TV-out, but it's supposed to work. 3D isn't supported right now in the latest xorg, though.
