Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else ever encountered this problem, but my situation is that one day I turned on my computer and I had it running on batteries for a while and then when I plugged it in the electricity plug it would only charge until 96%. Later it would only charge until 85% and so on, until the point where it won't charge at all.

I'm not sure what to do. Is there a solution besides contacting the company I bought my notebook from? And does anyone know the cause of such a problem?

    T :(

Batteries only get a 1 year warranty (they are a "consumable" item), so I'd try to get it replaced asap.

When you get your new battery, always keep the battery charged in the notebook with the mains adapter.
