This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    FYI...

    Stocked BIOS is 0205 dated 02/2005.

    New version BIOS is 0206 dated in the BIOS is 04/17/2005.

    I just finish flashing it with Winflash, also available on Asus website. No problem so far.

    Not exactly sure what it fixes, but flashed fine and no error.
