    I have Asus A53sv(core i5 2nd gen, GB ddr3 ram,nvidia gt 540m GB graphics,500 GB hdd,15.6 screen) notebook which I purchased in may 2011.

when I purchased my laptop I was able to play all high graphics games smoothly with my Laptop's nvidia GT540M graphics in high or medium details. After 2 months, I found that I am having a black patch on the bottom of my LCD panel.so I contacted the asus service center and they told me to go to the service center.so I submitted my Laptop there and after 1 month I received my Laptop with replaced LCD Panel.
But the problem is now I can't play the Games as smoothly as before, not even in medium settings. So I contacted the service center and told them my problem and asked if they made any change in graphics adapter. But they said that they didn't made any change except replacing the LCD Panel.
So what should I do now?please help me.

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers yet? Oftentimes, when you see issues like that it could point to a problem such as that.

Brett's advice is the first thing you should consider. If that didn't fix your problems, make sure you set your Power4Gear mode to High Power or Entertainment.
