This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Of course we will, starting in February. The W3 will be one of the last to be refreshed ..... they get resfreshed usually in the order they were first made..... so V6/W5/W3/W2....... although I'm told the W2 will come out sometime slightly before the W3.

    This is kinda off topic, but do you think that the Merom versions of Asus laptops will hit the shelves about a month or two after Merom is released, or do you think they'll take a bit longer to get to the US?

    .... the merom cpus aren't supposed to be out till December if not more than a year away...
