http://support.asus.com has an updated bios for the Asus G60JX from Best Buy. It is now upto V06 with a Date of 4-13-2010 and once installed says about 3-10-2010 in the bios i think. It does not say what the changes are. I am hoping for support for 16 core i7 chips and 1 tera flopof memory.... Does anyone know what the new changes are?

The G51Jx models should also be receiving the 206 BIOS.

Do You know something new about an BIOS upgrade for the G71Gx?
The 1704 was buggy for me, I'm still on 1701.

I went ahead and updated the bios, I can't see a difference in the hardware, the asus page vaguly states that it is a firmware update, so maybe a better interaction with the chipset?

My laptop runs well with the new core i7 820m I thought about upping the ram to 1333mhz, and see if the change had something to do with that, but I am out of cash now. :(

or perhaps the bios update disables support for something. Notice how it does not state what the update is for.....
