Hi! I need a feedback about Asus gl502vm/gl702vm + Razer Core/Akitio Node. i need a nvidia quadro gpu m4000 or p4000 for my projects and i would like also a light laptop so i'm considering these asus . my doubt is about thunderbolt3 port speed. is there a full speed of 32g/s?

it most likely won't work with those thunderbolt boxes because Asus uses really outdated firmware.
For some stupid reason, the VM models use nvm version 4.0, whereas everyone else is at version 15, 16,18. -
So I could use a gl502vm only with xg station 2?

pretty much, they only guarantee to work with xg station, their own box.
but based on the youtube review of the xg station, you won't see any significant performance advantage, even with the gtx1080 inside.
it's a lot of cost, for very little improvement.
but if you need a quadro and don't care about performance, this will work. You'll be lucky to get 70% of the gpu power of the card it seems.
Unigine heaven gtx1080 got 2182 egpu score, whereas an internal gtx1080 with 4 year old core i7 gets ~2800.
So maybe there's a 25% overhead penalty.
I have emailed asus begging for thunderbolt firmware updates, and everyone should too.
the akitio looks like it's going to be the cheapest box on the market, but may not work if asus does not update the firmware.
